How Does It Work
Inquiry form
- 1. When you click the inquiry now button, basic information is asked from you to fill out regarding your product requirements.
- 2.once you submit the requirements, it goes for the steelbazaar approval. Once approved it is sent to all the specific vendors.
- 3.once the vendor receives your inquiry, he sends the quotation for the same which after screening of the steel bazaar is sent to you.
- 4.after that if there is any more clarification is needed for the product, it is done via the steel bazaar to the vendors through wattsapp.
- 5.once the exact requirement is matched and the buyer is satisfied with the product details and price, purchase order with all the details mentioned is uploaded by the buyer.
- 6.the seller accepts the purchase order and generates pro-forma invoice once the material is ready to dispatch.
- 7.than the buyer makes the payment to tsb global llp(parent company of the steel bazaar.in) for the same amount. Once the amount is credited in tsb global llp account, thesteelbazaar.in team asks the vendor to dispatch the material.
- 8.logistics is handled by thsteelbazaar.in team to ensure a smooth transaction. Once the material is delivered to the buyer, he gets 48 hours to verify the material and update thesteelbazaar.in to release the payment to the seller.
- 9.incase of any discrepancy the buyer has to intimate thesteelbazaar.in team within 48 hours, failing which the money would be released to the seller.
- 10.the final call about the material would be taken by thesteelbazaar.in team.
- 11. For safety of our buyer and fair transactions, gst amount of the invoice would be withheld with the tsb global llp, and only released within 7 days when it is reflected on the gst portal.
Group booking
- 1.you need to select from different bookings posted by our sellers. Once you select a particular product of your requirement, you will be asked for the quantity you need to book
- 2.incase of more clarification of the product you can press inquire button on that posting and get clarifications by the steelbazaar via wattsapp.
- 3.once satisfied with the product details, user can book the quantity required by them. Buyer would be asked to pay 5% advance to confirm their booking and only after the payment booking would be considered complete.
- 4.the seller would post specific minimum quantity and timeline for the product. If and only if the quantity is matched by different users in the specificied timeline.
- 5.incase if quantity not fulfilling within the timeline the posting would stand cancelled and the advance money would be returned to the buyer by the steelbazaar within 7 working days.
- 6.if the posting quantity is fulfilled within the timeline, all the buyers would be intimated for the same and would have to upload the purchase order for the same quantity.
